Vidya plans to start with approximately 60 ninth graders in the 2021-22 school year.
Admissions FAQ
If there is sufficient interest (more than 20 students committed by March 31, 2021), we will open with one or two tenth grade classes. Eleventh and twelfth grades will be added in subsequent years.
No, there is no fee to apply.
There are no hard deadlines, as we use a rolling admissions process. To receive discounted tuition rates, students must enroll and pay the deposit by Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
Technically, no. We require that a portion of the tuition be paid at the time of enrollment. This allows us to make concrete plans and demonstrates your commitment.
Vidya considers every student in need of some form of accommodation according to their learning style or learning disability. This is what makes us unique as learners. Our highly trained instructors will be prepared to implement accommodations not just for “average” and “above-average” learners, but they will also be prepared to implement whatever form of accessibility accommodation is necessary for students with mild to moderate learning challenges (per IEP or 504 plan). Vidya will never label a student and believes in full immersion of all learning styles. That said, Vidya is not a specialized school for all behavioral and learning needs. Please contact the school director for specific questions.
We welcome learners to express themselves through their clothing and attire as long as they are consistent with community-accepted standards. The school director is the final arbiter of what is or is not acceptable on school premises.
